These Terms form a legally binding contract between you and playtame ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). Your continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

playtame reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified by the Company will result in suspension or termination of the account and forfeiture of any pending bonus amounts.
Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active playtame account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid email address or mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. playtame will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
playtame operates a mandatory Know Your Customer ("KYC") program in compliance with PAGCOR requirements and Philippine Anti-Money Laundering regulations. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Philippine passport, UMID card, SSS ID, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID.
playtame accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PESONet. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit is ₱200 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. playtame does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used must be registered in the same name as the playtame account.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. playtame targets same-day processing for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals from verified accounts; however, the Company does not guarantee processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by payment processors, banking systems, or regulatory holds.
The Company reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request exceeding ₱50,000. During such review, the relevant funds will be held temporarily. playtame will communicate the basis for any such review within a reasonable time.
All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional credits offered by playtame are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements attached to each promotion, which are published on the Platform at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.

All games offered on the playtame Platform use certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, are operated by independent licensed studios. Game results are final once confirmed by the Platform system. The Company reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where an obvious pricing or data error has occurred. Users who are found to have knowingly exploited such errors will have the relevant winnings voided and may have their accounts suspended.

Unauthorized use of Platform content may constitute copyright or trademark infringement and will be pursued accordingly.
The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information by playtame is governed by the playtame Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering for a playtame account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
playtame processes personal data in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and the implementing rules and regulations of the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines. Players have the right to access, correct, and — subject to legal retention obligations — request erasure of their personal data by contacting our support team.

playtame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Company will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via the email address registered to your account and/or a notice posted on the Platform dashboard. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date and withdraw any outstanding balance.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the playtame Platform shall first be submitted to playtame customer support for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a dispute resolution process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's Player Complaints Division as a licensed operator matter.
